Due to amazing interest in the Brisas del Alma community we have updated the new price list. You can see a tremendous momentum in the community right now and a lot of great and diverse people are joining us. Attached is the old price list for everyone to see.

New ownership at Brisas!
We are excited for what the future brings and to see this community bloom into The Boutique Community on the coast of Nicaragua. Barry Oliver and his wife, Kimberly, along with his Mom, Joan, have taken over. New CC&R’s and an HoA have been formed to insure success. They will be shaping the community into something we will all enjoy.
Homes in construction at Brisas!
Things are picking up at Brisas and as of October 2020 we now have two homes in construction. Jessica Stanley is building an amazing 2 story/2bd/2ba on lot 20. She is using Aaron Mojica with great teak and cement work topped off with an A-Frame palm frond roof, elegance in the jungle. Don Luis Landry just finished his guest house on lot 21 with Adonis Espinal using some amazing almond & teak wood, mosaic tile and elegant stone work in the patio. Kimberly helped complete the house with some quality cedar furniture from Don Bosco in Masaya. We are finishing up some amazing Victor Rojas designs for the Surfing Nahua office & Barrels eco-Market on lot 3, the Gebert home on Lot 24, the Bradberry home on lot 17 and the Singh house on lot 22. Very exciting times for the Brisas del Alma Community!

Quick Tour of a Few of the Lots Available
Brisas Nicaragua is a small residential community in its very early stages in Aposentillo, Northern Nicaragua. The benefit to these lots is private beach access to a beautiful empty beach with great waves – the Boom. The community also has good water, easy access from a paved road, power nearby, and flat easily build-able lots.
Katie and Damian Plant Trees on Lot 14
Katie and Damian bought lot #14 sight-unseen based on the recommendation of a friend. They work on yachts and finally got a chance to travel down to check out their investment. They were super stoked realizing the lot was bigger and closer to the beach than they had imagined. Not wanting to waste time, they got right to work planting a fence and some trees. They hope to start building next year.

Living at Brisas Surfing Lifestyle
It’s been almost two weeks and we’re loving our new home at Brisas Del Alma. We’re still very busy settling in, putting finishing touches on the house (building shelves to store all our stuff mostly), and embracing our new lifestyle. It feels so good! Here are a few quick pics I snapped the other day to give you a taste. Gorgeous sunrise volcano view.
Lobo waits patiently to head to the beach.

A small but super fun day!
