The master plan has recently been revised to include fewer and larger lots, with 37 lots between 1/4 and 3/4 acre. Prices start at just $66,000 for a lot with water piped to the lot, power accessible nearby, and private beach access to a beautiful wide beach with great waves right out front. We feel that the new master plan fits better with the local community and provides a higher quality investment.
